Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager for Greece and nearby countries, your main job is to find new business and help our company grow. You will find new clients and take care of current ones. You will work with local companies in Greece and nearby places to understand their hiring needs and offer our help.
You will do market research to find possible clients and industries that need workers. You will make business plans that fit the Greek job market. You will also talk often with our UK office to keep everyone working towards the same goals. You will make deals with new clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships. You must also give regular reports about market trends, problems, and new chances in Greece and nearby countries.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in business development or sales is needed.
- Experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Good understanding of the Greek market is required.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Always looking for new business opportunities.
- Knowing Greek labor laws is a big advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills are very important.
