Job Description:
As our Business Development Manager for Austria and nearby countries, your main job is to find new business chances and help the company grow. You will work to get more clients in Austria and build strong, long-term friendships with important people. This job needs a person who can work alone, get good results, understand hard problems in staffing, and offer the right help. You will be the face of our company in Austria, showing our values of honesty, skill, and care for clients.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Your daily work will be many different tasks, all about helping the business grow and making strong relationships:
- Market Research and Client Identification: Find out about the market and businesses in Austria that need our help. Study trends, competitors, and new chances.
- Relationship Building: Make and keep strong, long-lasting relationships with local businesses. Learn what workers they need and explain how we can help them best.

Job Requirements:
