Our parent companies are in Estonia (CARE2 TRAINING RECRUITMENT OÜ) and Bulgaria. As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help our business grow in Croatia and Europe. You will find new clients and build strong relationships with them. You will help local companies get the workers they need.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Manager for Croatia and Europe, you will:

- Make and follow a clear business plan to grow our work in Croatia and nearby European countries.
