You will be the main helper for students from the first question until they get accepted and get their visa. This job is remote and flexible, so you can balance work and life easily while helping students.
Job Description:
As a Remote Student Counsellor, you will help us find students from Malaysia and nearby countries like Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and Thailand. You will tell them about universities and colleges in the UK and Europe and why they are good. You will help students with their admission and visa applications. You will make sure they have all the papers ready and submit them on time. You will work closely with teams in the UK and Estonia to keep things moving well. You will also build good relationships with student groups and education networks to find more students. This job needs you to be active, well-organized, and care about helping students.
Job Requirements:
- You must be a Malaysian citizen.
- You must be living in the UK right now.
- You must speak English and Malay fluently.
- You should enjoy helping students and care about education.
- You should have a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Experience in student counselling, sales, or customer service is good, but not required.
- Training will be provided if you are willing to learn and work hard.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote UK and European schools to students from Malaysia and nearby countries.
- Learn about the schools and their courses and benefits.
- Guide students through the full process — from applying to getting their visa.
- Help with admission requirements, fill out forms, check personal statements, and prepare students for visa interviews.
- Work closely with teams in the UK and Estonia to process student applications.
- Follow up with students and teams to make sure everything is done on time.
- Build relationships with student groups, education networks, and community groups.
- Find new students and help grow the student network.
